In the 2H 2025 GLS (Government Land Sales) announcement, the Bedok Rise GLS land plot was announced directly into the Confirmed List, with a date of Sep 2025 being set for the land parcel to be released for Developer Tender. 

This land plot is located beside Tanah Merah MRT, and follows an earlier successful launch in the same area, just across the road – Sceneca Residence.

Bedok Rise GLS will follow an earlier successful launch in the same area, just across the road – Sceneca Residence, mixed development with a commercial component on the ground floor. 

Sceneca Residence sold 60% of 268 units on launch day at an average of S$2,072 psf.
