About the Chuan Grove GLS

The Chuan Grove GLS land plot was announced on 25 June 2024, as part of the 2H2024 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, which, at 11,110 private residential units, saw the highest supply introduced in a single year since 2013.

The land plot was released directly into the Confirmed List, which means that the land will be made directly available for Developer Tender when more details are released in December 2024.

It can yield around 550 residential units, and is located conveniently within minutes walk from Lorong Chuan MRT.

The announcement of Chuan Grove GLS in June 2024 also comes just months ahead of another highly anticipated new launch in the same area – The Chuan Park, which is the rebranded Chuan Park that underwent enbloc in May 2023, sold to Kingsford.

This land is located in the highly sought after District 19, and will add to an existing collection of private residential projects in the area, including Chuan Court, The Chuan, Golden Hill Condominium, The Springbloom, Chiltern Park, and the upcoming The Chuan Park.
