The land plot was released directly into the Confirmed List, which means that the land will be made directly available for Developer Tender when more details are released in September 2024.
It can yield around 400 residential units, and with a Gross Plot Ratio of 1.4, will be a low-rise project that will likely see the buildings topping out at 5-storeys in height.
This land is located in the highly sought after District 5, beside an existing project, Waterfront @ Faber, and also along the picturesque Pandan River and in front of the Ulu Pandan Park Connector.
Faber Walk GLS will form part of an existing collection of private residential projects in the area, including Faber Crest, The Infiniti, Waterfront @ Faber, Parc Riviera, Twin Vew, and the most recently launched Whistler Grand.
