The Media Circle Plot 2 GLS land plot was announced on 6 Dec 2023 as part of the GLS Programme for 1H2024.

This is the second land plot to be launched in Media Circle earlier, following the previously launched Media Circle GLS.

Situated within the One-North Mediapolis area, the land plot is right beside the Mediacorp Campus and is a short walk to the One-North MRT Station.

With a land area of 61,354 sqft, this land plot can yield an estimated 515 condo units.

On the 13 June 2025 announcement for the 2H 2025 GLS Programme, the Media Circle Plot 2 GLS was still in the Reserve List.
