• NRIC (all co-applicants)

• Bank IPA letter

The Ballot Process

For popular EC launches, a ballot is conducted to determine selection order. Early ballot numbers pick first. Your ballot number is typically tied to your registration sequence (another reason to register early).

When your number is called:

1. Confirm your top-choice unit is still available from the availability board
2. If yes: immediately confirm the unit with the sales team and sign the OTP
3. If not: activate your secondary preference — don’t deliberate for more than 2 minutes on alternatives
